Nima Bencohen

Nima Bencohen graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences. Nima later earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2023, graduating with a concentration in civil litigation.
Nima gained practical legal experience through internships and clerkships during his law school career. Nima served as a judicial extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court for Assistant Supervising Judge Amy Pellman, worked as a Law Clerk at a personal injury law firm, and subsequently worked at Impact Attorneys as a Post Bar Law Clerk while awaiting bar results. As a 3rd year law student, Nima had the rare opportunity to take the deposition of a key witness in a seven-figure car accident lawsuit. After passing the bar exam, Nima joined Impact Attorneys’ litigation team as an associate attorney.
Nima primarily handles personal injury and employment litigation cases. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and strives to achieve the best possible outcome in each case. In his free time, Nima enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
