As one of the founding partners of Impact Attorneys, PC, Shawn’s unorthodox legal and work experience gives him a unique perspective that has allowed him to recover millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. Following several years of practice as a litigator, Shawn has built a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients in their pursuit of compensation and accountability. 

Shawn graduated from Pepperdine Law School with honors and obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.  After law school, Shawn joined a 2-year business rotation program at one of the largest insurance companies in California.  This unique opportunity allowed him to take a look “behind the curtain” and gain invaluable experience and knowledge about the insurance industry.  Shawn’s experience includes several years at a large firm that represented public agencies, including counties, cities, and school districts.  During this time, Shawn learned the ins and outs of government tort claims and how to navigate the intricacies of public records requests under California law.  Shawn’s experience has provided him a comprehensive understanding of the personal injury landscape, which he utilizes as part of his everyday practice.
